Payment is required on the day that the treatment is carried out. We accept payment by cash or card. A treatment plan will be provided for all NHS Band 2 and Band 3 treatments and any private treatment. The total cost estimate will also be included. For larger private treatments we may require a deposit prior to treatment commencing.

Urgent appointment - £26.80 
If you are exempt from NHS changes, please check our exemption form and bring the proof of your exemption with you at the start of every new course of treatment as without this we may have to charge you. 
 
Please keep us advised of any changes to your contact details so that we can update your records and ensure that we can contact you. 
 
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, if you fail to attend to keep your appointment and/or cancel with short notice twice in a 12 month period, we will review any future provision of treatment at our practice. If after a 2 year period no appointments have been made, you will be at risk of being removed from our NHS list.
